ARMA Vancouver Chapter Inc. is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals. All information collected, used and/or disclosed by ARMA Vancouver Chapter Inc. is done so in compliance with PIPEDA (the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and in accordance with the following Privacy Policy.

Collecting Information
ARMA Vancouver collects personal information through our online forms for the purpose of that form, such as to contact you or register you in an event. Personal information collected may include your name, email addresses, phone numbers, and ARMA member number.

Use of Information
​ARMA Vancouver will use personal information collected for purposes consistent with its collection. ARMA Vancouver will never sell your data.

Event Registration Information
​ARMA Vancouver routinely offers education sessions, events, and activities for which individuals are invited to register. When you register such an event, ARMA Vancouver will use the information provided for the purposes of that event. ARMA Vancouver frequently uses Eventbrite for registration and payment purposes.
